Meal Plan for Week of 05/01/2017

Breakfasts of the Week:
Scrambled Eggs
Protein Smoothies
Also, try Siggi’s yogurt. It is worth the splurge.

Protein Pancakes

Pro Tips: Mix ingredients in a blender instead of mashing banana by hand. You can use any protein powder. Also, you can make these in advance. Freeze and warm in a toaster.

Lunches of the Week:

We are continuing to have a salad a day to feel the weight gain away!

Sesame Chicken Salad- Chicken, Sesame Seeds, Cucumber, Shredded Carrot, Scallions
BLT Salad- Hard-boiled Eggs, Bacon, Cherry Tomatoes, a little Avocado
Goat Cheese Salad- Mixed Berries, Goat Cheese Medallions, Dried Cranberries, and Almonds

I try to alternate my proteins usually, but this week has gone to the birds.

Monday- Leftovers, I didn’t get to making all of the meals I had planned last week so I am catching up.

Tuesday- Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken with Broccolli

Wednesday- Cheesy Chicken and Veggie Rice (I will be making a double batch)

Thursday- May the Fourth Be With You!

Tom and I will probably go out this night for dinner for an early birthday dinner date.

If you aren’t us, make these Vader Taters with some Baked or Grilled Chicken or a Steak.

Munch on some Padawan Popcorn!

Some Wookie Dough for dessert.

Friday- Cinco de Mayo

I will be making or ordering Tacos from somewhere.  No recipe needed in my opinion.

My husband makes a secret Taco Seasoning Blend that is pretty magical. If you would like some seasoning, email me back and I will send you some. We have a vat of it!

Saturday- Steak with Broccoli and Tomatoes

Sunday- Leftovers or Family Dinner
